Goals (OKR)

  • Where do I see history of changes?

    Activity: change log / updates history

    Comments: discussion and context 

  • Timeframes don’t match between levels

    This is expected by design.

    Each objective can have its own Time Frame

    Shorter objectives can support longer strategy objectives 

  • Progress looks wrong / not what I expected

    Common causes:

    The KR Min/Max target range is incorrect

    Reverse mode is not enabled for “lower is better” metrics

    Custom Weight is not configured consistently

    Fix checklist:

    Confirm Min/Max values are correct

    If the goal is “reduce”, enable Reverse mode

    Review weights so one KR isn’t unintentionally dominating the objective 

  • I can’t add a sub-objective

    Cause

    The objective already has at least one KR.

    Fix

    Put sub-objectives under a higher-level objective that doesn’t have KRs, or move KRs to the leaf objective.
