Purpose: Use Armano Calendar to schedule events, invite employees, add an online meeting, and optionally select a physical meeting space.
What you can do
- Create events on the calendar
- Invite other employees as Guests
- Add an online meeting using Add Meet
- Choose a physical meeting Space (useful when your company has multiple meeting locations/rooms)
- Set events as All day
- Create repeating events using Schedule
- Use colors to categorize events
How to open Calendar
- In the left menu, select Calendar.

— Create a calendar event #
Purpose: Create an event in Armano Calendar.
Steps
- Open Calendar.
- Click New Event.
- In Add Event, fill in:
- Title (required)
- Start date (required)
- End date (required)
- Schedule (required) → choose “Does not repeat” or another repeat option
- (Optional) Toggle All day if the event should last all day.
- (Optional) Add Guests (invite employees).
- (Optional) Click Add Meet to include an online meeting.
- (Optional) Select a Space if this is a physical meeting.
- (Optional) Add a Description.
- (Optional) Choose a color for the event.
- Click Create.
Result
- The event is added to your Armano calendar.

— Invite employees to an event (Guests) #
Purpose: Invite other employees to join your event.
Steps
- Open Calendar → New Event.
- In Add Event, open Guests.
- Select the employees you want to invite.
- Click Create.

- The event includes invited employees as guests.

— Add an online meeting to an event (Meet) #
Purpose: Add an online meeting to your calendar event (similar to Google Calendar + Google Meet).
Steps
- Open Calendar → New Event.
- Fill event basics (Title, Start/End).
- Click Add Meet.
- Click Create.
Result
- The event includes an online meeting option.

— Book a physical meeting space (Space) #
Purpose: Choose a physical location/room for meetings when your company has multiple spaces.
Steps
- Open Calendar → New Event.
- Fill event basics (Title, Start/End).
- Open the Space dropdown.
- Select the space/room.
- Click Create.
Result
- The event is associated with the selected physical space.

— Create repeating events (Schedule) #
Purpose: Schedule recurring events (weekly syncs, monthly reviews, etc.).
Steps
- Open Calendar → New Event.
- Set Title, Start date, End date.
- Open Schedule (default is “Does not repeat”).
- Select the repeat pattern you need.
- Click Create.
Result
- A repeating event series is created based on your schedule selection.
