Courses (Employee) #
Article 1 — Courses: Overview (Employee) #
Purpose: View courses assigned to you, open course content (video/file/link), and take quizzes when included.
What you’ll see
- Summary cards: Completed, In progress, Not started
- Courses table: Name, Category, Duration, Assign date, Status
Article 2 — View your assigned courses #
Steps
- Open Courses.
- Use the status cards (Completed / In progress / Not started) to understand your progress.
- In the table, find the course and check its Status.
Result
- You can see what to start and what you’ve completed.
Article 3 — Open a course and navigate content #
What the course contains
- A course is split into Segments (for example: a video, a link, a file).
- Segments show completion with a check icon.
Steps
- From Courses, click the course name to open it.
- In the course screen, use the segments list (left side) to open each item:
- Video segment (shows duration)
- Link segment
- File segment
- Use Next and Back to move through segments.
- If the segment is a video, press Play to watch.
Result
- You can complete the course segment-by-segment.
Article 4 — Take a quiz in a course #
Purpose: Complete quiz segments when a course includes a quiz.
Steps
- Open the course.
- In Segments, open the quiz item (if included).
- Answer the questions and submit (quiz flow depends on your course setup).
Result
- Your quiz attempt is recorded for reporting.
Courses (Admin / LMS Manager) #
Article 5 — Create a course and set title/category #
Purpose: Create a new course and define its basic details.
Steps
- Open Courses (admin side).
- Enter:
- Title
- Category
- Click Save (top right).
- Click Publish when it’s ready for learners.
Result
- The course is saved and can be published for employees.
Article 6 — Add course content (segments) #
Purpose: Build a course using different multimedia segment types.
Available segment types (from your UI)
- Add Quiz
- Add Video
- Add youtube embed
- Add link
- Add file
Steps
- Open the course editor.
- In the Segments area, click the add (+) button.
- Choose one content type (Quiz / Video / YouTube embed / Link / File).
- Add as many segments as needed.
- Click Save.
Result
- Your course contains structured segments learners can complete in order.
Article 7 — Assign a course to employees (Members tab) #
Purpose: Share a course with employees and track who started/completed it.
Steps
- Open the course.
- Go to Members.
- Click + Add Member.
- Select employees to assign the course to.
Track progress
- You’ll see overall counts for Completed / In progress / Not started
- The table shows each employee’s Status and Updated at
Result
- Employees receive the course assignment and you can monitor participation.
Article 8 — View quiz results (Quiz Reports tab) #
Purpose: Track quiz participation and outcomes.
Steps
- Open the course.
- Go to Quiz Reports.
- Select the quiz (left panel).
- Review:
- Summary: Started, Completed, Passed, Entries
- Table: User Name, Entries, Score, Submission date, Status (example shown: Waiting for result)
Result
- You can monitor quiz attempts and completion status by employee.
Quizzes (Admin) #
Article 9 — Create quiz questions (manual) #
Purpose: Build a quiz question and mark the correct answer.
Steps
- Add a quiz segment (Add Quiz) or open an existing quiz in the editor.
- In the Question tab:
- Enter the question text.
- Under Options:
- Add answer choices
- Use Correct Answer to mark the right option
- Use Add Answer to add more choices
- Click Save, then Publish when ready.
Result
- The quiz is ready for learners inside the course.
Article 10 — Generate quiz questions with AI #
Purpose: Use AI to generate a draft quiz faster, then review and publish.
Typical flow
- Open the quiz editor.
- Use the AI quiz generation option (your environment supports “ask AI to generate the quiz”).
- Provide:
- Topic (and optionally difficulty / number of questions)
- Generate the quiz.
- Review and edit:
- Question text
- Answer options
- Correct answer
- Save → Publish
Result
- AI generates a draft quiz that you can finalize and assign through the course.
